Orienteering Recount
On Monday 23 August 2010
Geoff came to school to teach us how to use a compasses
We have got the compasses from TAS
So thanks to TAS we could do this!!!!
Geoff Helped us a lot with the degrees
And showed us what this means o.
This a serious thing to read the compass proply!!!!!!
We used the o a lot of the time on the compass to show us were to go to find the blue Plates
With the letters on the and co-ordinates which showed us were to go next.

Wow. I had to learn how to use a compass 2 years ago when I went camping. My friend and I got lost in the woods and thought a big bear would eat us! Luckily we got out safely and returned home.
